Meghan Emily Guilfoyle

Meghan Emily Guilfoyle, Jupiter to her friends, was born on July 28, 1998, in La Mesa, CA, and left this earthly plane suddenly and unexpectedly on September 21, 2022. Meghan was 24 years old, lived in Indianapolis and was a graduate of Zionsville High School and later Paul Mitchell The School, where she became a licensed hairdresser. Meghan worked in the food and beverage industry for many years building authentic and loyal relationships with her patrons, who she thought of as extended family, and they truly adored her. 

Anyone who knew Meghan, knew that she radiated strength, a free spirit and instant compassion. She had a light that any creature, greater or small trusted with ease and she loved them deeply in return. There will never be the right words to fit all that she is and will be. 

Meghan is survived by her father, Michael (Trina) Guilfoyle and two step brothers, Luke and Benjamin Wray of Indianapolis; her mother, Robin (David) Mitchell of Ocean Springs, MS; and her sister, Sara Wilson of Foley, AL; aunts and uncles, Patti (Doug) Barnett and cousins, Cameron, Kyle and Ryan Howard, whom she grew up with, of Brookline, NH; Ron (Shelly) Scott of St George Utah; Erik (Tammy) Watkins of St George, UT; and Tanna Eskelsen of Herriman, UT; grandparents, John (Debbie) Guilfoyle of Pepperell, MA; and Jamesetta Tallent of Ocean Springs, MS; her fur baby, Rhoda; and many other cousins. She is preceded in death by her grandfather, David Tallent of Ocean Springs, MS.

How do you feel the warmth?  How do you see the light without the sun?

Meghan will NEVER stop being the brightest star in the universe. Her body returns to the earth, in harmony with her wishes. Her pain is finally at peace. 

We miss you deeply and we will see you again, precious one.

Until then, we forever love you Meghan (Jupiter), so much.

A memorial gathering will be held from 1 - 4 PM on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at Aaron Ruben Nelson Mortuary, 11411 North Michigan Road. Please in lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Meghan (Jupiter)'s name to Partnership to End Addiction  or to Pit Bull Rescue
